Discover the Heritage at 33 George

The Haggertlea Mansion is a heritage building located on the corner of Nelson and Elizabeth. Once the home of the city’s first Mayor, John Haggert, this building is a unique historic site with late 19th century Second Empire style architecture. This project is an opportunity to restore the mansion to its former glory and to highlight the historic significance of the site and its former owners.

What’s Coming to 33 George

Mixed-Use Building

The project’s vision aligns with that of Brampton’s future, intensifying an underutilized site in a high growth area of Downtown Brampton. The project will add new retail, residential and hotel units to the area.

Transit-Oriented Community

Located in a major transit hub, future residents will enjoy a walkable neighbourhood just steps away from the Brampton GO Station and future LRT.

New Outdoor Public Space

Space in the heritage plaza will be dedicated for public events and gatherings. Beautifully landscaped open areas will be created to provide a safe and comfortable space for the neighbourhood.
