The Site

This proposal is situated in the heart of Downtown Brampton across the street from the future Brampton Centre for Innovation. The site is home to the historic Haggertlea Masion, formerly the home of the first mayor of Brampton.

The proposed development offers an opportunity to intensify an underutilized site in the Urban Growth Centre, conveniently located near existing and planned transit.
